How we handle your subject photo, video, account data and analytics choices.
What we process
We process your email, order and credit records, uploaded subject photo, generation settings, task identifiers and video. Stripe handles card details.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the site, account service and stored media. Stripe processes payments. The AI video generation provider processes the subject photo and scene for video generation.

Site analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and page speed without cookies. With your permission, Microsoft Clarity records clicks and scrolling.
The generator and uploaded media are masked. Uploaded photos, filenames and account details are masked. Login and account pages do not load these tools.
Change your choice in Analytics settings in the footer. Clarity stays off when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
Retention
Downloads expire after 3 days. Scheduled cleanup deletes expired source images and videos. Email support@windowpeeperfilter.com to request deletion.
Failed tasks remove source photos. Authorized administrators may review stored media for support and quality.
We retain the financial records needed for accounting, fraud review and legal obligations.
Your choices
We do not sell your photos or use them to train our own models. Provider data handling follows the provider’s terms and policies.
Choose Share to publish a homepage link where friends can watch your video and create their own. Anyone with the link can watch until the video’s 3-day expiry. Only your video at the highest purchased quality is shared. Your original photo is not shared.
Review your photo and result
The subject photo is used to create the requested video. Check the face throughout the result before you share it.
Provider copies
Our 3-day download period applies to this service. Provider copies follow the video generation provider’s applicable terms and data policies.
Contact support@windowpeeperfilter.com to request deletion of our stored copy or to ask about provider-held data.
Delete videos or account data
Delete one video
Email support@windowpeeperfilter.com from your account email. Include the video ID and request deletion of the video and its source image.
Delete account data
Email support@windowpeeperfilter.com from your account email to request account-data deletion. Include the account email and relevant order or video IDs. Required financial records may remain.
